G’day,
I believe we all have some part of our ancestry in our makeup or personality. These days DNA provides evidence in our physical makeup. I believe the ability to pass on the voices of family will help the descendants know themselves as well as their ancestory.

Hi Reg, thanks for stopping by and commenting. My stubborn side says keep on learning and trying to set up this WordPress theme. I find it hard to explain to others the help I could use so I plod along figuring out one bit at a time. Several attempts at adding video later I find I am not happy with the result so I will re-do again tomorrow and hopefully fifth or sixth time through I will get lucky and have something I feel is worthy of posting. Meanwhile I am bouncing around different video training material to try to find my best handle on it all.
I am glad to see by your post you see that voice connection for todays generation. My Grandmother sailed from Europe on a steamship before the 19th century closed out. She spoke of seeing the first automobiles, first airplanes, first man on the moon, yet we do not have a recording of her voice though she passed away in 1977. Future generations will likely have a lot more connection to their family history with the abundant resource of digital.

G’Day Lawrey,
Thought that might the SEO a bit with another full name reference. I like your video. Great Effort. Know where I should have come for a script writer now lol.
My own recollection of grand parents is very short and very dim. Us kids were chased away from adult conversation and alcohol.
My mother’s grandfather may be blood or accepted. Her grand mother, well that’s a total can of worms. I need disposable funds to continue the research.
Anyway Best of luck with your album and blogging.

Glad to see you stop by and I appreciate your comments Reg. It is good to see the “who you are” includes “ancestry” theme struck a cord with you.
Disposable funds for research, awesome concept. I look forward to more stories from down under.
